Executive coaching for leaders
We offer executive coaching programmes to emerging leaders and C-Suite executives and have worked with a wide range of organisations including professional services firms, law firms and in the recruitment and private equity sectors. Our coaching programmes have delivered real results for our clients who are tackling both personal and professional challenges and change.
We work with individuals in a range of stages in their careers from emerging leaders, to supporting CFOs and CEOs in their first 100 days in role, to entrepreneurs and female founders and individuals focusing on their career legacy and exit strategies.

We are certified practitioners of the EQi 2.0 and EQi 360 psychometric assessment tool and regularly utilise this tool to assess emotional intelligence with our 1-2-1 clients.
How we work?
We typically work with clients over a six to 12 month period.
We also offer one-off psychometric assessment and feedback sessions for the EQ-i 2.0 tool - these sessions are typically 2 hours in length.
We devise bespoke coaching packages for each client to ensure that the coaching programme meets the objectives of the individual and the organisation.
Executive mentoring for senior women
As a successful M&A partner at a Big Four accountancy firm, Natalie understands the challenges of a high-pressure role, progressing through the ranks in a male-dominated environment whilst balancing the demands of a young family at home. She is passionate about retaining senior women in organisations and offers a 1-2-1 executive mentoring service supporting women to achieve their professional goals whilst maintaining their personal and family wellbeing.

For both our executive coaching and mentoring, we create bespoke pricing and session packages based on your coaching or mentoring needs. In order to be able to provide an accurate quotation we typically hold an initial 30 minutes conversation to really understand the desired coaching outcomes.
Our pricing structure is based on career stage and complexity of coaching need (i.e. whether psychometrics need to be considered). As a guide, our six session (nine hours) executive coaching programme for emerging leaders starts at £5,000 plus VAT.
We also offer a discount if coaching is funded by the individual and not the company.
