1-2-1 maternity transition
We can work 1-2-1 with your maternity transition/working parent returners to help them plan for their futures and to return in a powerful way having worked through what life looks like now as a bigger family.
Group maternity transition coaching
We offer group coaching for working parent returners/maternity leave returners to help cohorts of individuals return from leaves of absences, working through our set coaching model to set themselves up for success, identify potential roadblocks, understand their new boundaries and create a plan for success, whilst building a community with fellow returners. We typically work with groups of 6+ and on a four-session programme basis.
