For both our executive coaching and mentoring, we create bespoke pricing and session packages based on your coaching or mentoring needs. In order to be able to provide an accurate quotation we typically hold an initial 30 minutes conversation to really understand the desired coaching outcomes.
Our pricing structure is based on career stage and complexity of coaching need (i.e. whether psychometrics need to be considered). As a guide, our six session (nine hours) executive coaching programme for emerging leaders starts at £5,000 plus VAT.
We also offer a discount if coaching is funded by the individual and not the company.
