At Elevate Leaders, we offer inspiring executive coaching, leadership development programmes and mentoring services to exceptional people enabling them to become more fulfilled, more resilient and better leaders.
Our executive coaching programmes focuses on the supporting the whole leader to develop higher degrees of emotional intelligence, resilience and wellbeing in order that they are able to flourish in today's work culture of change and challenge. We coach a wide range of leaders from female founders, C-Suite executives and those new in role and wanting to make a change.
Our mentoring services are for female leaders and are delivered by our founder, Natalie Hall. Natalie works with a small number of women 1-2-1 each year to support them to achieve their goals and excel in their chosen fields.
We offer a range of bespoke leadership development programmes and workshops including being an emotionally intelligent leader / team, how to build resilience as a leader / team, and proactive wellbeing and performance.
We also provide wellbeing consultancy services to support organisations looking to embed wellbeing into the heart of their cultures offering strategic advice, focus groups, wellbeing interventions and bespoke workshop/webinar programmes.

Natalie is the founder of Elevate Leaders and is an accredited executive coach, with 20 years of leadership, business and coaching experience.
Prior to establishing Elevate Leaders, she was a Partner in a Big Four professional services firm and led global teams. She also runs Elevate Her (a career coaching business for women) and is a co-founder of RISE WELL Co, a coaching and wellbeing consultancy.
